Once I shutdown my computer in 5 minutes I'm going to shut it down as well for the next 10 days.  Took next week off from work, will shut off my phone and just decompress from it all. 

Want to wish you guys a good thanksgiving in advance.  In normal life when someone calls you names its an insult but on getbig I take it as a compliment.

remember to hide all bodybuilding foods like tuna and broccolli,only turkey,apple pie,ham,pumpkin pie,deserts ect are allowed during thanksgiving or getbig will shun anyone going against this,u r a good, solid getbigger and i know u wont let us down
