rotisserie chicken no bueno for low carb diets?

heard there is a fair amount of sugar in the way it is prepared. thoughts?

if you're worrying about sugar content in chicken then you've taken the deep end of bodybuilding.  Time to rethink your lifestyle.

i got sick of the taste of the fuckers. that and they were poor quality, fatty chickens :-X

Tesco don't cook their chickens for long enough, then It's put in a zip lock bag and just "steams itself" leaving you with a slimy, greasy, fatty chicken.

not had theirs. morrisons chickens aren't much cop either though. left an awful, lingering aftertaste my mouth. i shouldn't complain really for how cheap i was getting the fuckers, but they're nasty tbh.

For most of the store brands it's 9 - 12 grams of carbohydrates per entire chicken. Not a big deal at all. The big thing is the fat content of the skin and the sodium content.

Costco brines their chickens and the brine contains sugar.   Good chicken, but almost too sweet.
