Expiration date on compounded deca

Since it's from a compounding they have to list 6 month expiration date, but you think it's still 100% after a year?    I think so, but thoughts?

its good after 5 years too
the only thing that can happen is that the oil goes rancid... depends on the oil used but that takes years... i think all oils from nuts go rancid faster (walnut, peanut, etc)
