Seriously, the whole goal here is progress. I think the entire industry would benefit from going back to the name Progressive Resistance Training. Along with this comes some way of measuring progress, the scale, the mirror, the tape measure and tracking poundages. Three of those you can't really bullshit. The mirror or selfies can lie, especially if you want to believe.
I don't think I've taped my biceps in more than 20 years. Gotta find that tape measure tonight.
