That video sort of proves 2 things:
1) you can still train hard and heavy and smart. The whole idea that Phil is training like that to "save his joints" is dumb. Kai trains hard and smart and rarely is ever injured (to my knowledge).
2) It doesn't matter how hard and heavy you train, if you dont have a good genetic response to drugs and overall good genetics (structure), you can still be prevented from being number 1 (Winning the Mr. O). Phil trains like dog shit and is 4x Mr. O.
