I've been averaging about 3 1/2 hours of sleep a day, during the work week. Maybe 5 or 6 on my weekends. I just can't fuckin sleep. Melatonin doesn't work at all for me, not in 2mg, 4, 6, 8, 10.
I'm never fully awake, can't really sleep. Drag ass all day. I'm the beginning of Jacks psychosis.
Any suggestions?
Lie in bed for 8 hours no matter if you're awake or asleep with the lights out and no computer. Cut out steroids and other recreational drugs, especially caffeine . Soon you will find that you will be awake in bed for 4 hours then toss and turn for the next 4 hours in and out of sleep. As time goes on it will get better. Maybe after a month it will be 3 hours of being wide awake and 5 hours of bad sleep but it will get better.
