try this guys for tuna! it's good!

lol dont ask me what made me do this...but yesterday i wanted to have a boost before the workout because i was feeling alittle sluggish...

found some kraft macaroni and cheese in el blue box! made it up and sat down with a can of chuck WHITE tuna!

figured wth the tuna tastes like shit on a stick..so i threw it in with the macaroni and cheese


kid you not..tasted like chicken tetrazeni

I have been eating macaroni and tuna for years, but never tried it with macaroni and cheese. That sounds kinda funky. lol  :-X
These days I am freaked out by all of the mercury warnings surrounding tuna, so I try to avoid eating it.

Poor right now,,,I eat a can of tuna with some saltines and applejuice twice a day.  I prolly die soon. :'(

I mix two cans of tuna with a bunch of mustard and ketchup, and two packets of Sweet N Low.   mmmmmmmmmmm.......Sweet!!

Hahahah I do the same Robert... but no sweet and low!!!! Maybe, I'll try it with that.... One time I added rice w/ the tuna mustard/ketchup mix it was BOMBBBBBB!!! O_O!!!!

Ironically I have been doing this with Chicken in a can....If drained really well, the concoction is very good!
