thanks broskie, wheels are much better to, my arms and legs are genetically very cut, calves have improved tremendosly finally, im in a lot of pain when i train them, i have noticed my calves are bigger on the end of the day, in the morning they re 1 inch smaller though, must be a pump but either way the agony i put myself in for calves has paid off finally. i dont feel like posing in my underwear for certain fags on getbig if you know what i mean.
