well first of all i dont know much about the sport.just the basics but ive been thinking about getting into it .ive never trained in the sport but heres my stats 20 years old , natural,trained for 8 years.
5'7'' 231lb,raw bench 425lb max,squat 405lb 15 deeeep reps,deadlift? never really do them but probably should.just asking how you guys think i would do in comp.I would really appretiate your comments.
