another heads up...pa and surrounding area.

looking for gym equipment go to quaker city auctions pa=workout plus gym going out of business, office equipment plus all gym equipment benches, barbells iron grip, dumbbells up to 120lbers, cardio stuff and machines hammer strength and more. if you're interested you got till may 19 to bid.

what are those really low benches called that one can do skull crushers on? They are like very, very low, just a few inches off the ground.
