Juicing diet

There are a few shows on netflix based around veg/ juice diet. Mostly fat people trying to lose weight from terrible levels. What do GB'ers think? I dont see how you can lift without protein based foods and some carbs. The whole grains, veg, fruit etc vs processed food, I buy into though.

Didn't watch but it is probably low calories and has vitamins and minerals so the fatties will lose weight on it.

But clearly not ideal for bodybuilding purposes.

Lose muscle to fat maybe 30-70%, but to trudge around at 400lbs, you are probably carrying some muscle. Look at wetbreasts over on BB Misc, the guy weighed 600lbs. Thats like walking with 160kgs on your shoulders.

if u go all plant food your still going to lack serious energy at least 3 out of 7 days a week
you strength will be a constant 70 percent of your meat eat strenth

but you will have higher sex drive. n biggger wang

the energy without alot of high protien food options is aproblem. youll be drinking beer for energy

Who the fuck wants to live off just fruit juice? That shit is fine for women and fags but not a grown man who works and lifts weights.
