Sure. He was offseason 330lbs. He was sitting at his booth smoking a cigarette.  Yes, smoking cigarette and in doors. He was wearing a white shirt. His ex-wife was with him. I was shocked at how large he was but equally shocked he was smoking cigarettes.

So Markus Ruhls "Meat and Potatoes Cycle" is 1250mg Test E and more or less 4 Anadrol 50 a day then. Well thats equal to 5 Testoviron amps every week and 40 Russian methandrostenolones 5mg aday. Yeah that will make someone already big Very Big!

I took a closer look now again. He stays on always but he changes his gear up abit. It´s kinda basic. 2 steroids + gh + insulin. One injectable, testo + one oral, winstrol interchanged with halotestin. Doses mostly high like always 1250 mg test but changes between enanthate and propionate and circles down to 700mg, and like a week here and there with less, 350mg.
Very bid on orals up to 200 mg anadrol aday for weeks and weeks. Changed to D-bol at times and also Winstrol (that he prefers injectable for the liver offcourse).
He´s doing as much Gh as he can but goes between 4-8 iu somatropin.
Insulin he takes slow acting 20iu split on 2 times aday (morning and after training).

The orals are staggering! 60mg halotestin is 12 of those old 5 mg. 200 mg anadrol equals the same as 40 russian d-bol 5mg aday.

Well this guy did definetly look the part! But my liver hurt thinking about it.
