total cholesterol doesnt matter at all, its the HDL to LDL ratio that matters.
you LDL is pretty high, whats your HDL? assuming the VLDL number is pretty low then your HDL should be around 40-50, which is average. 1:4 HDL to LDL is not that great but certainly not health threatening. can be improved through cardio, diet and supplements (berberine is OTC for example)
for the HGB, do cardio and donate blood.
