maybe do like this: one exercise per body part (= 8 exercises per training session..not including abs)
mon: 3x8 wed: 4x6 frid 2x12 sun: same as mon etc....
exampel workout (change the exercises for wednesdays training session, and change again for fridays..then repeat mondays workout on sunday etc..)
squats
straight leg deadlift
incline db press
chins
seated db press (for shoulders)
close grip benchpress
seated db curls
standing calf raise
It would be interesting how this kinda workout that many claim is the best for regular people will work for Lee with his amazing genetics, also as you probably know this kind of workout was popular in the 40-50s before steroid use was widespread.
