Agreed.

The wrists were ridiculously tiny and he'd often have problems with the upright rows on his right wrist.

Great bber.

A lot of idiots talk shite about the synthol and es abuse as if it's what made him. The guy was a legend without any of it and these girls parrot it to appear more knowledgeable about it yet talk shit about wanting a body like Usain Bolt or Zac Effron. What the fuck...

He was the start of the newer era of guys with small chests because they didn't do heavy bench presses like the old timers did. I don't give a fuck what people say, the bench press is ESSENTIAL for a big chest.

I would agree with that, but better yet was the weighted dip! Nothing puts on mass like the Dip! Just look at Arnold. And I don't like Arnold's physique at all with the exception of that great chest he had! "Dips"

I mean if you are going to state that the "Old timers" had the best chests from bench presses" well, that may be true to some extent? But let's take one of the strongest IFBB bench pressing pros ever. (Levrone) And while his chest was good, it was not Great!!!!!! His tris overpowered his chest! And I never ever saw Kev do a weighted dip ever! Arnold, who relied on them, due to the times and equipment, had one of the best chests ever. Even in today's standard! "WEIGHTED DIPS ARE THE KING"

Pffft... Look at the biggest benches and their chests arnt that great. Flat bench is shitty for the chest.

Think about it. When you flex your chest, where do your arms go? Sure as fuck not in the same plane as when you bench press.

Is say decline presses are far superior in terms of pec fiber requirement than flat bench. Flat bench requires far more triceps and front delt involvement.

Its like saying wide grip chins build your lata... When you need to bring your elbows in from of your body to activate your lats. Wide grip with elbows back is an upper back(teres etc movement).

Glutes & hams always comparatively soft.

I relation to his general condition, so therefor you mean "relatively."
