What the fuck does it really mean...some call bulking building muscle...som build muscle...som say heavy weight build muscle...some say bigger rep range build muscle...some say higher protein intake build muscle...wtf does people mean...

99% av all people talking about building muscles just get fat. Not a singel pound lean muscle mass added when they do their diet...if they do...

Building muscles...thats som e stupid statement.

How many of your have build some QUALITY LEAN MUSCLEMASS the last 5 years?

99.9% of the gym folks calling eat more and getting fat for building muscles...I don't buy that shit. U might build 2-3 pound over a period of 5 years if you train without any pause...thats it. And probably not that much. Its more like...U should be happy if your can maintain what u have...

Without increasing the amount of gear...who the fuck gain real lean muslemass?

i no what you mean!!!!you do not build muscles like having a brick or machine legoo and concrete or eifel tower you build by eating food and going into go lifting weights then making sure to sleep so you wake up. muscles are bigger next day so you did build but not in the smae weigh that a carpenter or buidling builder or tunnel maker is bulding things!
