Pumpkin Pie Filling Post Workout

Any Getbiggers use this as a post workout carb source? I know Chad Nichols used to have his athletes eat this for carbing up prior to shows, as well as Milos. Walked past this stuff today at Walmart, ended up buying a can, I do a cyclical keto diet, using 1 day a week carb up, looking to trying it out next carb up.

Pumpkin Pie has a bunch of fat in it, whereas pumpkim pie filling is just pure carbs, zero fat, which is why it's used as a carb up source post workout or precontest carb load.

its a good idea -u can even use vanilla protein powder in it and cut down on the sugar-pumpkin is good for u-don't listen to any of these morons-especially X factor who isn't even a real person
