But yes, he looks relatively good there, so good for V³.

Looks healthy there. Shouldn't be any reason he can't get back to that and maintain it. Looks to be about 10-12%

I can think of one compelling reason. Losing that much weight for bodybuilding would get in the way of eating.

It will take much longer as I cannot take the supplements that I was taking before in 2009 as they are no longer available in addition to not being able to tolerate the stimulants. But I will be much better than 2009 as I've put on a more muscle since then.
