Well last time we chatted I had no degree and no job and was a drug addicted pervert, so the fact I now have three degrees and am working on my fourth while living a relatively clean and sober life of faith indicates I am probably doing pretty well, thanks be to God. 😎

As far as training goes, I spent the past 6-7 years not really training much at all. But over the past few months I decided to whip my body into shape, with the idea that I will have a nice shred going on when I turn 30 in a few weeks. So far, so good. Not as muscular as I was back when I was juicing non-stop for years, but more of a functional physique which I have grown to prefer anyways.

Squad is still around.  He lurks here daily.

He’s currently on a business trip in Dubai.

 He’ll be back shortly.

Really happy for you man, sounds like you are in a good place right now. And you‘re still so young, I‘ll be turning 47 this year.
