Not going to watch. I've unfollowed Trigili on every platform. A lot of his "information" especially when it comes to anything training related is questionable, to say the least, plus he's an asshole. An example is was a recent video where the phone rang during his podcast and his words were "it's my fucking mother".  Interaction on his IG comments is like talking to a child, much like Cormier.

I was at djais a club down the shore last mdw. As the club let out it started pouring so everyone ran to cover and I was in the bathroom and a bunch of girls come in. One of them was talking about how “that huge dude nick” (who was at the club) tried to grab her and bring her into his buddies car.

It was just a small exchange on an IG post that I think he started regarding Ashkanani and Correa saying that Ashkanani was the clear winner when everyone else’s saying different. I made the comment to him, and I’m paraphrasing “doesn’t Conditioning count? He was clearly 4-5 weeks out”

His response to me was something to the effect of “ I don’t even fucking care, it doesn’t even fucking matter. I’m done”

I responded with “don’t get bent, it’s your thread. You started it. If you didn’t want a response you shouldn’t have posted it”

I don’t know him, never spoken with him although I see him in the gym. I hear he’s a bit of an asshole but I can’t say but that was a childish response from him

That’s not cool , Chris can be a bit of dick and that does sound like something he would say, he can’t debate shit, gets his panties in a bunch and reverts to the “whatever, I don’t give a shit attitude”

This underscores my point with Trigili. He’s full of shit all the way around. I rarely if ever talk shit on other trainers/coaches and can spot a bullshitter from 10 miles away....Trigili is full of shit. This kid has A LOT to learn
