I ask the question for a couple reasons:
1. To plant a seed of inquiry in the unbelieving
2. To prompt honest self-examination in professing believers
3. To make snowflakes melt
More than a few of your posts are very good. That said, I am no fan of the "saved" theme but to a degree I understand your points. MoS is a good man and I think the same about you as you have given me no real reason to think otherwise. Christians are tired of being bashed, if you will.
I lost my faith and have said as much both here and in the real world. When in the latter of the two I am often put to the test by assholists that think they can still put me down. I now tell them to go fuck their mother and they simply STFU. That's not melting on my part, that's called putting dumb fucks in their place.
This place is turgid with Sybils, i.e., multiple personalilties/logins. Most, if not all, have their heads so far up their asshole that it's difficult to take them at face value so I take them for what they show us. They are corn spewing cucks and deserving of derision. People like MoS and the wonderful Butterbean seem to actually live their faith whilst the Sybils live their IQ.
