Why pursue such low bodyfat? You would be still lean and look great while being more full, without going to such extremes.
We are not getting any younger and the level of starvation you must endure to become like that is going to be detrimental to your joints and bones health, in the long run.
Putting aside the way it looks, being always lean, light and comfortably hungry, has fantastic benefits: sharper focus, higher mental state and another level of calm and concentration. I feel a lot better this way and will never trade it for fuller belly, fuller muscle and the care free zoned out state that comes along. Ao my goal is drfinetly not to "look" but I go by how I feel. I do lime how I look and get plenty of "you are so skinny" comments in real life
On a side note... if you want to see how tough you are try living on 1000-1300 cals of clean food and see how long until you give up. It is easy to be gangster on a full stomach. I think that real fortitude is at low cals. Anyone who managed this will agree and never make fun of
