He is protein deficient obviously. Probably lacking in fats aswell for hormonal production and brain function aswell. Can't even complete one full dept pushup.

Give him 3 more months on fruit only diet before he is put in a hospital for malnurishment.

There is an extreme strand of this where people claim to only eat fruit that has been 'surrendered' to Gaia - i.e. it dropped off the tree onto the Earth...

I had an indian colleague once who used to eat an entire bag of fruit in the day and I guess veg food in the evening. he was slim.
