It's not long enough for me to make a full assessment, but he looks pretty fast there for the footage available, and doesn't seem to be winded afterwards.

Geez, the size and the speed of Lenny McLean!

If I heard him correctly, very near the end of the video he says he's 44 years old here?  Looks way older than that.

I thought he was in his mid 50's until he said his age at the end.  Regardless he would destroy me within 10 seconds
