Retarded and dangerous. Those weights dangling at the top could have easily slid off and fucked the guy up for life. And he did zero reps.

I think everyone here was kind of hoping that is what would happen....

I’m certainly on board with him doing 6 reps (;D ;D ;D), but god-in-heaven there was almost zero range of motion.
