He will need a couple of things first though. Of course the name, date and location of the show, your weight class, final placing, names of the top 6 in your weight class (or if there wasn’t 6 contestants available the names of all the competitors), the overall winner, your status as a natural or a drug using cheater (if anabolics were used your source needs to be revealed, if you were drug free he will require a list of the supplements you were using and where they were purchased from (physical address isn’t necessary but if it was a GNC, Vitamin Shop or BB.com is what Ron will be looking for).

Also I almost forgot the most important part, he’ll need verification of your IPC card to prove your membership was valid.
