Here ya Go:

"For me, Bodybuilding is a connection to the only brother I ever had, who is now gone.
My brother and I were as close as two siblings could ever be. He always talked about Bodybuilding, starting at the age of 15. He spoke of it so much, that I practically memorized the names and faces of all the IFBB Pros! Flex Wheeler and Dorian Yates were his heroes.
Then, on the day that forever changed my life, August 22, 2002, I got the phone call from my dad who was crying, saying that my brother was gone, he had taken his own life.
Having lost my brother, turned me into a hateful, angry person. Then finally in early 2005 my best friend said that I needed to take all the good things I remember about him and do something positive with it. Of course the only answer to that was, of course, Bodybuilding!
I took all of my brother's Bodybuilding books, his training videos, and all the information he ever gave me about dieting and training, and I went to work with it.
I was able to attend the Ironman in 2005 and again in 2006. Having the opportunity to meet Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, Kevin Levrone, and all the other IFBB Pros was such sweet sorrow. I was happy, yet sad because of course the only thing I could think of, was how much I wished that my brother was with me. That maybe if he had the chance to meet these guys he would've chosen a different path in life.
Everyday I go to the gym, my brother is always with me, in my heart, watching over me, cheering me on. I will always be grateful for Bodybuilding and the connection it has given me to my late brother. Not to mention a hot new body!"
