I'm more concerned with the fact that Canada went into more debt in one year than the previous 30+ years combined, the fact that 10,000 small and medium sized businesses in Canada closed, and the fact that 450,000 Canadians had elective surgeries postponed because the media terrorized them into thinking a virus that is barely lethal to anyone under 70 was some giant plague.

I'll put that another way:

The global population went UP by 80 MILLION in 2020...not far from the 81 million it went UP in 2019.

And just over 99.95% of the global population survived this terrifying plague. 

So it's not about the mask - it's about acquiescing to moronic nonsense.

We literally just lived under what 21st century communism would look like.  I don't know why anyone would think that things would ever open up.  What happened was literally unprecedented in the history of the USA - or even the West in general.  We just lived through the least free time in Western history since WWII.

I think Americans - and to a lesser extent, even Canadians - being armed to the teeth is a big reason why scumbag politicians playing doctors didn't turn the West in to a police state.
