New harmonius ways to diet are required

Today I was working on my vehicle then you confronted an Abraham G, I corrected him and said who has understood harmonius diet sciences. For ex. Eat a ration of certain food by the hour in metrics. I said what is better understood or better experimented?

Real Jesus 'diet': dry figs/dates/olives,salty dry fish,goat cheese, bread, bad wine & goat meat (if he could afford) !.
