For a while I experimented with eating lots (about 4 lbs a day) of nightshade vegetables which I think turned my hair whiter because I just powered through the side effect. To have valuable insight you have to really test something for awhile. I include animal fat in the form of ghee. I have restored my hair better than it was before again by quitting nightshades.
In order to understand just what in the fuck is being said in this thread, does one need to either be on meth or huff paint?
