Yeah, the logic eats itself, doesn't it?  Example:  Eddie Izzard used to just be your standard cross-dresser/transvestite, but now says he's trans but changes gender identity on a daily basis.  So 'boy' days he's a straight man, but 'girl' days he's a lesbian... I mean, what the actual ferk...

Another thing to notice, is that all the noise about self-identification - and I do mean 100% - is being generated by (or is on behalf of) men transitioning to women and wanting unchallenged access to their spaces (sport, toilets, changing rooms, pools and spas, beauty treatments like waxing, prisons, etc.) never the other way round

And it kind of illustrates the problem at the root of this - most people (I guess) are fine with sex-changes (as they used to be called)  But the idea of a man just being able to declare what he is on any given day - and expect everyone else to respect/comply with that is just ludicrous

And even if people don't give a f*ck about this specific issue, the insidious part of it bleeds out into everything nowadays - cancel culture - the right not to be offended - the ever expanding and looser definition of 'hate speech'...
