Yeah, if CNN or MSNBC didn't report it it must have never happened.

https://m.theepochtimes.com/thousands-of-california-parents-protest-newsoms-vaccine-mandate-for-students_4056094.html

Thousands may seem like a lot of people but when you consider how many teachers, parents and students there are in California.....it isn't that big a deal.  Not surprised that center of the walkout protest was in Huntington Beach. Bunch of crazy people live there. You should know, you're one of them.  ;)

BTW has your employer (school) required staff to be vaccinated or are they waiting until January when supposedly it will be mandated. Didn't happen in October like originally planned, maybe you'll get lucky and Newsome will push it back again.

The L.A. Times mentioned Birmingham High which is my alma mater.

What part of “Statewide” did you miss? And I’m one of those that wouldn’t let my city burn unlike your shithole

Just so you know, I think it was the article in the Epoch Times that you provided the link to which mentioned Huntington Beach. If not that particular one, then this one which includes a photo of the Huntington Beach protesters. https://www.theepochtimes.com/hundreds-rally-against-student-covid-19-vaccine-mandate-in-huntington-beach_4055899.html

Of course it was statewide, the issue is a statewide issue. No doubt the folks in rural areas (are there any left in California?) are the one's objecting the most.

How is Portland my city? I moved out of Portland in 1985, when I moved to Oregon City. I've lived in West Linn since 1998. I have no say so in what goes on in Portland or even Oregon City. That's like saying Downtown L.A. is your city....is it? Is what happens in East L.A. or Watts what goes on in your city? If Watts was burning again....what would you do to stop it?

West Linn isn't and never has been burning as a result of protests. Although a little over a year ago we were threaten by wild fires which would have been far more devastating had the wind not shifted.

Let's say yesterday's mob of protesting parents, students and school staff in Huntington Beach decided to set the school on fire or City Hall on fire, what exactly would you have done to stop it from burning?

I predict most of those parents will get their kids vaccinated rather than having to home school

Here's a list of all the vaccinations you have to get your kid if you want to enroll them in public schools in California (and I'm sure it's similar for every other state in the country)

Thanks for that….I was there🙄

If you’re a parent forcing your kid to get to get this….it’s child abuse plain and simple
