more accurate the other way around.  T-Cell Lymphoma is almost always due to AIDS.  But most people with HIV/AIDS do not develop this type of lymphoma.

T-Cell Lymphoma is an opportunistic infection that occurs when your immune system is suppressed.  Outside of HIV, that's usually due to chemotherapy for cancer, or taking drugs to prevent transplant rejection.

i've never heard those rumors about Alzado, they covered it up well, how do you guys know this for sure?

everyone at Gold's Venice knew he was gay (ok, bi if you insist), knew that he had HIV and later AIDS.

the local press wasn't buying "the steroids caused my brain cancer" story.  even though they never outed him, they certainly showed their skepticism.  Even his doctor, after he died, was quoted in the LA Times as saying that steroids had no effect on his disease.   And his doctor at City of Hope was one of the top lymphoma specialists working on AIDS related lymphomas.
