Is that Joe Rogan's friend from Texas? Colin Noir = Colin Black. Noir means Black in French.
If it's the same guy I'm thinking, he was on Rogan's show, and basically said you can bring the poor and huddled masses to Texas, but Texas expects them to vote a certain way - i.e., Republican. I think he was telling Rogan that he wasn't welcome thereof he was going to keep voting Democrat.
