It's been going on for years and a  lot of dangerous cargo is moved by rail.  Propane, natural gas, radio active material, fertilizer, alcohol and chorine to mention a few. Going back to truck transport only and prices will rise.

To be fair, there have been a lot of train wrecks this year because of our crumbling infrastructure. So much for that bogus Infrastructure bill passed by the Dems and Biden. Not 1 thing has been fixed by this bill or will be. Just another cash grab giveaway to the social welfare state.
