Looking at a bunch of other pics he seems to have had it all along, likely just natural asymmetrical insertions. Also not pissing on his parade, he looks better overall than most of the meat wagons he is going up against. I did a 90% detachment and my bicep was just like that until the repair was done almost 4 months later. Zero bruising and was a missed diagnosis for quite a while. The detached tendon healed onto other parts of my humerus bone and I could have regained most strength even in that detached position (according to my ortho). Had mine repaired was a shitty year long recovery
