Okay I promise this is the last thread for today.

But this guy when in shape was a sight to be seen.. Grainy, great back, arguably the best biceps of all time, huge size. Damn.

Alot of tears.. And oil probably did something to detoriation of muscle fibers aswell

Guys with the biggest guns "back in the days" always look horrific when they get older. Seems like the skin on the arms is unable to tighten again, compared to other bodyparts. Look at Bill Pettis as an old man, who was known for the biggest guns in Arnolds era.

Just imagine how Rich Piana will look like in his 60s!

Usually the triceps makes up for 2/3 of the arm size and the biceps for 1/3. With him it was the other way round
