Fuck me if everyone in the gym doesn't do that. Wtf? That particular movement as well as this movement where you use the cable extension but instead of doing a tricep pushdown, you pull it straight back, almost like an upright row but higher. I swear these are the 2 most popular exercises I see in the gym.
I guess millennials and gen z are very concerned with their butts and rear delts. Odd.
