The older guy in the first video probably thought she was doing those hip thrusts with 45-lb plates, rather than those rubber 10-lb plates with the same circumference.

Fuck me if everyone in the gym doesn't do that. Wtf? That particular movement as well as this movement where you use the cable extension but instead of doing a tricep pushdown, you pull it straight back, almost like an upright row but higher. I swear these are the 2 most popular exercises I see in the gym.

I guess millennials and gen z are very concerned with their butts and rear delts. Odd.
