Although this guy and the other fat guy into overhead pressing are strong as all hell, these guys are doing presses from their chins with their necks extends, significantly reducing range of motion.

Fortress: how much do you think these lifts would decrease if full range was used?

He missed 8" of the lift. If he didn't clean it first he didn't do the lift. It's a clean and press. Is he strong? Hell yes.  Did he do a partial press? I will answer. Yes.

Still strong as fuck, and still  helps w/ shoulder strength... builds lockout power...

I'll bet his shoulders are too tight to lower the weight all the way.
