This guy is so unfunny and unscary.

“Get off at least three times a day.  I saw some idiot mention this on some message board or another as completely impossible without the use of exogenous testosterone, which made me laugh in horror.  If you can’t manage to get off three times a day, check your fucking pulse, because you might be dead.  There are innumerable health benefits to hypersexuality, and you should grab that bull by the horns and fuck its mouth.

For the love of all that’s unholy, eat as much protein as you can.  Fuck Joe Weider and his high carb nonsense- if you eat like a caveman, you’ll look like one.  Feel free to post all of the links you want about how Cro-Magnons and Neanderthals apparently ate grains- they ate MINUTE amounts of grains at best, and they sure as shit weren’t eating the nonsense most people are stuffing down their throats.  Make half of your calories protein, and then keep your carbs and fats inversely proportional and you’ll stay lean.

Fight the fucking power and embody the Hellenic concept of kalokagathia.”
After doing a year in jail with no steroids he was severely depressed and looked like he had never trained in his life.

Off topic, Jamie Lewis from Chaos and Pain has been melting down a lot about republicans, conservatives and religious people ever since those photos were put on Getbig of him in his gay porn days.

Typical perverted man-fucking libturd, this "chaos and pain" man-fukker...  ::)

His arse-hole is filled with chaos (not our chaos) and pain...

He lived next door to Joe Gold which is where I met him in the 70's. He was a member of the original Gold's Gym, the original World's Gym (the opener for both), the original Santa Monica Muscle Beach, Connor's Gym, and Bill (Peanuts) West's Westside Barbell Club in Peanut's garage.
Dan Howard told me that the first time he walked into the original Gold's Gym Steve asked him for a spot. Dan said Steve had 405 lbs. on the bar and was attempting to press it. Dan said he was glad Steve got it, because he was not sure what he would have done if Steve missed the lift. Steve being 88 outlived most of the lifters from that time period. Took him to Gold's were a film crew interviewed him about 2 years ago. I think it is the only time he sat down to talk about himself. Loved to talk about Chuck and others, but was always modest when talking about himself. Good friend of the family. He will be missed.
When Lou won the bar bend at the 1977 World's Strongest Man event, he told me Steve was the one who give him advise on how to bend the bar.

I was surprised how poorly some of those guys did with the bar bend.
