yeah he went from 200 to 250 but he put 8 inches on his waist doing so, keep the waist the same size then we can talk

I read in a study it was more related to BMI (and sometimes neck size) than actual bodyweight.
I use a CPAP for my restrictive snoring issue (Im only 200 lbs).. I realize everyones different though.
So the 230 lb thing, may indeed be "a thing"..

Im not sure, I read it like a year or two back when looking into the issues I was having... MY BMI is high (32 which is obese) so it may have something to it.
(Obese w/ Abs) 

When my bodyweight goes up I snore.  So, it seems to correlate to bodyfat level.
