No.

For the most part these over weight people have always been lethargic and inactive and that lifestyle has lead to the overweight issue.

Look at anyone you know who had gastric bypass surgery, what percentage of them became more active or started a whole new lifestyle? In my limited life circle with these type of people they remained mostly the same, lifestyle wise, they just lost weight. 

A guy I knew lost over 150 pounds but still lumbered around like he was 400 pounds. It was really strange watching him as a thin(ner) man have the same mannerisms from when he was obese. These Ozempic users, for the most part, arent going go be more productive but they'll spend the money they spent on food on other consumer goods.

Im willing to wager most of these people arent very disciplined in most areas of their life.
