Flex was at his best when he first turned pro.

A tragic character in the story of bodybuilding. Along with Ronnie.

Both absolutely broken and fucked.

Many beat him. He looked great but that was a brutally competitive era.

Aaron Baker sought Mike Mentzer for knowledge and wisdom.

Mike Mentzer helped Aaron Baker decimate Flex Wheeler onstage.

Between heavy diuretics abuse and oil .....

Flex has been dying for us since 1994....that's 30 years in and out hospitals .... impressive if you ask me !

WooooSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH  " I dont knock on doors, I knock em' over" (Flex's voice)

Yes Flex had warning signs as far back as 93 when he was in the hospital in Europe after a show with bad lab work. Of course bad bloods are seen as normal at contest times.

The oil did nothing good for him. Not talking healthwise but it fucked his "perfect" muscles.

Flex body lost its response to diuretics after 93, he kept going up in dose to get to the level of dryness, but it just wasn't happening and he fried his kidneys.  It was his hamstrings and low back that couldn't come together for him after 93, especially when standing to the rear, side on he could hide it.

I think it was discussed on GB years ago that his water issues and the diuretics not working was a sign of kidney issues.
