I'm not that strange. I try to live in facts.. Truth is important to me and I have tried to hone myself to being open minded to what the truth is regardless of what I think. Case in point... I was super religious, but a challenge to read books that were written by Secular authors challenging my beliefs led me to drop that belief. What's "True" has always fascinated me
Strange was the wrong word. Interesting and peculiar would have been better.
Truth is an interesting concept in today’s society. It’s fascinating that you beliefs changed by what you “consumed” intellectually. I’m sure you as you read more and more secular authors you were not partaking in your religious doctrine. I read an article based on a study that the brain consumes information and repetition of that information solidifies beliefs- which makes sense. But it’s a double edge sword because we can believe the wrong “truth” if we are fed misinformation.
Anyhow as I’ve said numerous times I understand why people don’t like Trump, but when they act like Biden, or Clinton before him, are more morally upright it blows my mind.
