I remember standing next to Phil Heath at the UKBFF North west in I think 2009 and he was totally underwhelming

I was in Vegas one time and there must’ve been some low level show because there were bodybuilders around but it wasn’t Olympia time. Anyway, two of these dudes got into the elevator with me and they looked like children. Like I could’ve palmed one of their heads and held them at arms length. Very unimpressed

when I competed in the 80s and 90s the biggest looking guys onstage always looked tiny in clothes

If you saw someone you were competing against looking drawn and flat , you knew you had your work cut out

I once got stopped by a doorman going from one part of the theatre to another, I thought I was some hobo that had sneaked in, I had to show him my abs to prove I was competing

Somehow I'm gaining muscle on only 10 mgs dbol ans cheque drops WTF 

I'm starting to believe that my gear in Moscow was bunk can't be explained any other way as I was dosing 100 mgs of test daily and now my current stack is shitting all over that

So true. Unless you are an IFBB Pro, amateurs generally look like twinks in their clothes on contest day. But that has little to do with who wins.
