That's why Abe hates him.The thing is how is it a client list? Did Epstein keep high profile names and a list of children next to them? None of that is proof or would hold up in court. What the American people really want to know is who is on the supposed videos and what are they doing? I want to know who we can publicly shame for their actions. Any sort of list from a guy like Epstein is going to be a list of rich and powerful people, doesn't equate to guilt legally.
Definitely a concern that innocent people could be smeared. It happened to Alan Dershowitz. He cleared his name, but it took years.
It is not whether anyone who the finger points to can be found to be legally guilty of child sexual abuse. There is an implied guilt because of their involvement with Epstein. Guilt by association is just as damaging to a person's reputation as legally provable guilt.
