trained yesterday, first time in about 2 monthsJust did an upper body workout, lots of reps and setsBit sore todayFucking elbow tendon still sore, its been about 9 months now
Been out of the gym for a couple of weeks due to feeling shitty but just went and repeated the loads of before this mini-break. Just gay stuff like dip machine, pulley triceps, a couple of bicep exercises and then forearms. But I'm overall disgusted by myself for being a lazy swine, I should be squatting and deadlifting and doing sit-ups to strengthen my herniated abs! Anyone else feel guilty about their output in the gym? I want to train better so bad but apparently I don't feel shitty enough about it
Did some squats today.
Goblet squats - 2x10Zercher squats - 4x5Leg curls - 3x10Seated calf and Tib raises - 1 set

Thanks wes. I know what you mean, been hospitalized unable to train too and then you think what a gift it is to be able to use one's body. I never really regret going afterwards, even if getting there was 'tough.'
