It would seem Chaos or "Krankenstein" has a problem because i wrote
"Maybe you should revaluate your training" because of his injuries (which he wrote)
I see no reason to complain about this

My injuries....
Foot - 20yrs ago someone dropped a dumbell and it bounced and landed on my foot fracturing the distal end (near the joint). I had a bone spur develop from it over the years and only recently had it shaved down because I wasn't able to get good toe extension. That affected my running and ability to do lunges and other things. So....training injury? Hardly.
Shoulder....I was a swimmer and a gymnast for many many years and then 25 years of bodybuilding. Compound that with years of computer work, then the manual work I do now and continued use of computers for office. Thus resulting in some impingement. I rehabbed it properly. Didn't 'ignore it'. I took time off of my normal training so I didn't make things worse and I am building my strength back....the SMART way.
So fuck tard....PLEASE tell me where I am going wrong. Your tip?

Give me a breakdown on your vast knowledge of coming back from things like that.
