In the beginning my form on deads was atrocious with hitching, more will and pure desperation than technique. At 15 my first session was a couple of reps with 200, second was a max of 350 and third was an attempt with 460lbs which I missed. I rested 6 weeks between 2nd and 3rd; I figured I was growing naturally so I just ate a lot and got ready mentally. No roids yet. I had read Mentzer too so I believed in extremely intense and extremely infrequent. People at school thought I'd been in a fight as I burst so many blood vessels in my face

Edit. Just to show I don't bullshit about lifting, my atrocious, hitched, failed deadlift attempt at 15, 34 fuckin' years ago LOL. I peaked at 770 raw and 810 in a suit. Pro tip if hitching is an issue: deficit deads. Not looking up is something else that worked for me. I had read that if you look down the weight will stay down but later on I looked down at the floor. I believe naturalwonder touched on this with his sarcasm.
Relax your lats by rounding your spine (neck down to hips) as much as possible and make sure your back increases the rounding as the lift is happening. Lastly, relax your core and work on bringing your head forward and down as you relax your core then look upwards as you reach the top of the deadlift. Think: As you pull up, look upwards and tilt back of head to heels. Good luck!
