Milk thistle has been shown to compromise gains of AAS. LIV 52 appears to be the preferred method of experienced gear users for protecting the liver.

again just cause a couple of people say one thing doesnt mean thats what you need.

Liv52 or Tyler's Liver Detox are both good products.

Milk Thistle alone is good, but not as good as these two synergistic blends.

I got sick on LIV 52 the first time I used it.  I didn't think anything about it.  Started taking it a second time and started feeling like crap again.  Detox phase was my assumption.

When I take Tyler's Liver Detox it makes me feel a big sluggish.

It works though.

Taking it while taking orals defeats the purpose.

You need to flush the liver, but how can that happen when you are still taking in the orals?
